GRL MAG is a safe space for young women and gender-expansive humans to share what they think about art, love, politics, bodies, botany, grammar, mental health… all the things, really. Why won’t my mom stop talking about her diet? Why does my girlfriend insist that I don’t love her because I don’t fold her laundry right? Why do I still feel so much more deeply connected to Adventure Time than anyone else I know? We want to hear you.

We are phenomenal thinkers, lovers, partners, mothers, sisters, painters, writers, screamers, contributors, and we don’t want to wait for someone else to “give us” a platform.

Launched in early 2017, GRL MAG has had dozens of contributors from all over the world sharing their work. Our goal is to give young women (16+ years old) a platform to speak their voice and have it be heard.

If you are interested in becoming a contributor or having your music or art featured on GRL MAG—or would just like to get in touch with us—please visit the Contribute page.
