Today, singer-songwriter, Brodie Dawson released another hit, “Paycheck” on all streaming platforms! In this song, she pokes fun at getting her paycheck from a contract job as a festival coordinator and spending it all on a shopping spree a couple of summers ago.
I did what any normally ‘poor’ bloke would do: immediately went out on a shopping spree and promptly spent it all!

- a variety of instruments: keys, drums, and guitars (electric, bass, acoustic, and steel)
- emotion-fueled vocals
- a hint of pop done by its repeating verses
- her mom, Betty Dawson speaking on it which is so cool
